"The office door was locked at 5:00pm. There was a note saying ā€œring doorbell. If no one comes in 1 minute call the phone number!ā€ After a long day on the road I was not excited about this. Once the ā€œmop hairedā€ young man came to the door I was informed my room was not yet ready. Keep in mind check time was 3:00pm! Once I got to my room I found it relatively clean. The bed was comfortable. Other note: no condiments for coffee. Fortunately I bought my own."
